The 9th page of annoying junk from official (unfortunately) Sonic sources! Mutant Gear now irritates even more people with a 9th page of supid looking dolls, mutant merch and other lame items made in Sonic's name. Bad design, rotten quality, poor products, and terrible likenesses will abound. Help stamp out this bad junk by refusing to buy it! Remember: when mutant makers don't get money, they won't make more mutants. Do your part to stop the stupid! However, when you don't have it, you can come here to make fun of it!

				Oh no, a putrid pillow! What is this stupid square? It's (unfortunately) a "Sonic Pillow Pal". It features BOTH bad design AND bad quality! And also a bad price, so this thing is just crud all around isn't it. Pillow Pals / Pillow Pets is a brand where there's a roughly square pillow that can be folded sort of in half. It has a head sewn to the front of whatever creature it's supposed to look like like, and then the square will be vaguely themed to that animal. So for example a kitty will have a stuffed cat face and then the corners of the pillows get a paw design, and a tail on the back. Sure fine if you want a flat square cat or whatever. It's an ok idea for certain things but again here they try going with Sonic in a shape that IS NOT SONIC AT ALL.
			From tomb-stone shaped stupid backpacks to mutant mugs, now its this bummer of a pillow turn to look really bad. What is up with the fat cone arms? HOW was that considered ok? Then look at the terribly mis-sewn stripe for the badly done shoes. The body is a big fat awful lumpy bean shape. The lower face is also huge and the spikes are definetely mutant worthy small things. The only thing this has going for it is that the ears are 3D not those cheap flappy flat triangles that lots of plushes do. What's going on with the open stitching just below the nose, also? The combination of all of the bad un-Sonic-like shapes is really what gets this. Any one thing would be bad on its own but everything together is just the capper of stupid that should not have been done. Nasty cash grab. It's also 37.99 here! FORTY dollars for this rubbish? Get real.
Funko pop? More like Funko Flop with these awful plushes. Funko exerts even more effort to make the most scary and not look like the character items that they can come up with. What are these tree-stumps? It's obviously supposed to be 'a plush like a pop' so then why did they delete the legs? So now the character body is some tree stump nonsense with drawn on arms, deleted details, and on top is the usual awful pop head, but simplified because it is a plush so you have like no-spikes Knuckles, drawn on hair Amy, and same-way flattened Sonic/Shadow. Yes funkopop is 'a style' but these things are 'a mess' so here they go onto mutant gear. They're not too big either, and each is about 6 or 5 dollars. Unfortunately existing in 2025
