Bojack does not like action figures that do not action. He was released from imprisonment inside a planet's core to avenge action figures all over the galaxy. He is the semi-evil vigilante against bad sculpts and non-actioning figures. If you make a bad action figure, Bojack will know. And HE WILL KILL IT.
