If tt's not an action figure. It's not a statue...it's a Display Figure! These non-actioning figures are like little statues you can collect. Not particularly 'toys' they can be made of resin, PVC, hard plastic or other materials that hold detail well. Usually they're in cases or on bases, all the better for displaying. This is an international page. The figures here can be from any country, and it will be noted near each one where it's from. Especially with more modern figures (Like First4Figures) the item may be produced in a certain country and mostly advertised there (ex. the USA) however since they're sold over the web, they ship anywhere in the world, making the items available to all. The "International" approach to Sonic items is really the best one, because Sonic fans live everywhere on Earth and everyone wants an opportunity to collect.

Now, Constructables the buildable figures adds a mini figures wave to their line up. They're all classic versions of the characers, each with the same green lightly textured round base. You can collect Amy, Eggman, Knuckles, Sonic, Super Sonic or Tails. Unfortunately, they are blind bagged so you won't know who you get. However, they're cheaper than others at 7 dollars a figure at Hot Topic. Is there something off about the figures' photos or sizes? Why does the Amy look super tiny compared to others? Super Sonic shouldn't be shorter than regular Sonic, and Sonic's head looks really big?

Did you ever wish you could collect Sonic AND sad, haunted dolls at the same time? Well you're in luck with these dubious creations. These are Knit Look Koenji hollow plastic figures by the company "Handmade by Robots". | ||||||||||
They do achieve what they set out to accomplish: which is a realistic knitted texture, and that 'floppy rag doll' look to the poses and proportions. So, their design/execution etc. can't be faulted at all, and they do include all the details like shoe textures/soles, right colors and etc but... This endless need to copy funko pop and their dead-eyed simplified overly-stylized 'versions' of the characters leads these almost onto mutant gear. The button eyes are logical, they just look creepy with the dead-cartoon "X" on them. Where's Tails? Well maybe the Tails Doll had something to say about that because that's what he would have looked like. They come across as more dead than they do cute or funny. These were originally going to be a Japan exclusive run, but they got over to the USA somehow, but where are they sold and how much are they?

Funko adds Mystery Minis to the shelves of Hot Topic (and elsewhere) in the fall of 2025 with this line up of 12 tiny Sonic figures. Each is in the funko style, and it's mostly standard characters but...There's 2 of Knuckles (the other is the OVA hat one with costume added) and either there's 2 of Silver also, or they're hiding a secret figure. (count them) The box clearly says 12 are available, but why make 2 of Silver that looks so similar. Just put Cream or Omega...these are just sized-down ones of things they already made. Some of them do have bases like Silver, Metal Sonic and Super Sonic, Amy has her Hammer and Tails still doesn't have eyewhites and is still the only one without it. These are 9 dollars each, so you'll have to spend over 100 to get them all, even if you don't get any duplicates.
